YNK JAPAN，MMORPG「天地大乱」戦略発表会を開催し

　YNK JAPANは，本日（10月23日），都内でMMORPG「天地大乱」の国内展開?戦略発表会を実施した。天地大乱は，韓国で「十二之天2」として開発/運営されているが，今回日本での展開にあたって“Japan Edition化”を前面に打ち出しており，第一の施策としてタイトルを変更したのだ。今回の発表会では，さらなるJapan Edition化について，
どういった方針で進めていくのかが発表された。

YNK JAPAN 代表取締役 チェ?ジョング氏

　最初に挨拶したのは，YNK JAPAN代表取締役 チェ?ジョング氏。チェ氏は流暢な日本語で，開発元のGigassoftとの契約交渉がスムースに進み，わずか2か月で締結に及んだ旨を述べた。その理由として，すでに日本でのビジネスを経験し，オンラインゲーム市場を把握していることを指摘。とくに「R.O.H.A.N」のサービスにおいて，苦戦したのちに方針転換し，成果を収
めた事実を挙げ，日本展開への熱意が一致したからであるとコメントした。

YNK JAPAN 竹村哲氏

　続いてYNK JAPANの運営責任者である竹村哲氏が，ムービーを交えて天地大乱を紹介した。韓国では2008年4月にサービスインし，登録会員数が100万人を越え，最大同時接続者数が8万5000人を記録するなど，人気タイトルとなっていることを説明。

　ゲームの特徴として，プレイヤー達が「正派」「邪派」「魔教」という3勢力に分かれること，それぞれが敵対しており，大規模戦争「聖石戦」で戦うこと，月に一度の選挙で大きな権限を持つ「勢力長」が選出されることなどを挙げた。

　さらに，前作「十二ノ天」から存在する3勢力に加え，天地大乱がスタートするタイミングで第4の勢力「浪人」が実装されることが発表された。

　さらにGigassoft 戦略事業本部長 ソ?ヒョジョン氏は，天地大乱を韓国で今いちばん愛されているMMORPGと表現。加えて中国や台湾でもサービス開始の準備をしており，アジアで最も期待されているタイトルの一つであるとコメントした。



　続いて壇上には，YNK JAPANマーケティングチームシニアマネージャー 細井貴之氏が，カスタマイズによる天地大乱のWebサイトや音楽プレイヤー，ボイスチャットとの連動を示唆し，さらには広告展開も可能であると説明。

　また具体的なタイアップ展開の一つとして，「エキサイトアニメ」で活動するアーティスト，松澤由美さんが天地大乱のオープニングテーマを手がけることが発表された。松澤さんは，12月の発表に向けてすでに曲と歌詞を書いており，11月にはレコーディングに入ると進捗状況を報告。曲調は，バラードでありながらも天地大乱の壮大なイメージや躍動感を取り込ん
だ内容になるだろうとコメントし，オンラインゲームのテーマということを意識して世界の人に届くようなものにしたいと意気込みを見せた。

　最後に行われたのは，Gigassoftの開発陣紹介。まず紹介されたのは，なんと韓国の人気女優であるキム?ガヨンさんだ。実はキムさんは，前作のときから，オフの日は1日15時間近く，仕事のある日でもノートPCを使って10時間はプレイしており，PvPもバリバリこなす超ヘビープレイヤーの一人。壇上ではなぜか発表されなかったが，Gigassoftの社外取締役も務めている
のである。

　最後に，キムさんの「今回は女優としての宣伝活動ではなく，天地大乱が本当に面白いゲームであることを知ってもらうために来ました。私は過去2回の大会優勝経験がありますから，日本でPvP大会イベントがあるときはぜひ参加させてください」というコメントで，発表会は締め括られた。



　上記の通り，今回の発表会は，YNK JAPANが天地大乱をサービスする経緯の説明と，いわゆる所信表明である。Japan Edition化にしても大枠の方針は発表されたが，具体的な内容にまでは踏み込んでおらず，まさにオンラインゲーム業界やMMORPGプレイヤーに対して，第一報を放ったに過ぎない。今後発表されるであろう，βテストの日程や，Japan Edition化の詳細など
